YERBURY SCHOOL - FROM CLOAKROOM TO SCIENCE LAB 'Q'
Formerly used as a cloakroom and storage, Yerbury Primary School’s new science lab ‘Q’ in North London has been reconfigured to provide children a dedicated place to ask fundamental questions related to science by watching tadpoles become frogs, testing how sound travels through materials and exploring why things go up or down.

CTA PARTICIPATES IN "LOW LINE" RIBA OPEN DESIGN COMPETITION
Our concept for this open competition is S E E D, an acronym for S-ustainable, E-nvironmental, E-mergent,
D-evelopment. Based on the planting of metaphorical ‘seeds,’ these are catalysts along the rail line between London Bridge and Southwark Park in South London. The proposal works in partnership with local residents, businesses, community groups and Network Rail. Critical to our approach is the reclaiming of small sites and lost spaces, through organic growth and development.
DESIGN BEGINS ON BUSH FARM, ESSEX
We have been commissioned to design and oversee the construction of a 13 acre farm estate in the beautiful countryside of Epping Green, Essex. In collaboration with a landscape designer, work includes planting and siting of stables, ménage and parking. We are looking forward to work together with the interior designer Caz Myers Design (www.cazmyers.com).
16th CENTURY COUNTRY HOUSE REFURBISHMENT COMPLETED
CTA has completed the refurbishment of this Grade II Listed house in the countryside of Kent. A substantial part of our work was to understand the historic development of the house, comprising an original 17th-Century timber frame structure to which Georgian, Victorian and modern additions were made. The result is an assemblage of spaces that are very much of today but with a deep reveal and connection to its past.
